KYNITA will pay the Company approximately 5 Euros for each delivery planned and carried out via the Trucknet Platform.

Additionally, KYNITA will pay an additional amount of 5% of the freight price for any smart match created by via Trucknet Platform’s automated smart match function.

Currently we have signed an agreement with a company in Romania which performs hundreds of annual transportations.

Israel January 19, 2022, (T.A.: Tran) Trucknet, Trucknet is pleased to announce that it has today signed an agreement with Romanian Company SRL KYNITA, for the use of the Trucknet Platform for a period of one year, as of 1.2.2022, of which 30 days shall be considered as a trial period, without consideration. The term of the agreement will be automatically renewed for additional periods of one year at a time unless a Party to the agreement notifies the other Party of non-renewal.

Following the trial period, the Client will pay a total amount of approximately 5 Euros for use of the Trucknet Platform for each delivery order secured via the Company’s platform, in Romania or internationally.

Moreover, the Company has been informed that following the trial period, an addendum to the Agreement will be signed. Under this addition, the Company will charge freight contractors registered in the system a total of 5% of the freight price of smart matches made via the Trucknet Platform.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the Client is a manufacturer of thinners, solvents, adhesives, disinfectants, and other solutions in the chemical industry while focusing on the automotive industry, and the Company estimates hundreds of haulages are required each year.

In the Agreement, the Client undertook to inform the related haulage service providers of its use of the Trucknet Platform and to assist in communicating with them for their registration on the Company’s Platform.

During October 2020, the Company conducted a joint pilot with the Renault Group, during which a connection was made to Renault’s bid system, which performs tenders for each job order and via the Platform located contractors, according to their location, in relation to Renault’s requests. The pilot demonstrated that using the Platform leads to a 17% improvement in the efficiency and profitability of logistics services and a saving of 115,000 euros within two weeks on 268 trips out of 371 trips (68% success).

The results of the pilot illustrated the platform’s ability to streamline and save transportation costs for logistics companies, due to the ability of the Trucknet Platform to match freight orders to haulage contractors, inter alia, based on their geographical proximity to the location of cargo, allowing them to submit cheaper quotes.

The Company, which was founded in 2016 by Mr. Hanan Fridman, who serves as the Company’s CEO, employs approximately 40 people, in offices around the world.
