Israel January 31, 2022, (T.A.: Tran) Trucknet announces that it has today signed a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding with EBKA Holding, Turkey. The cooperation between the companies will work to examine a joint investment in a venture, company, or any other form of partnership by way of acquisition of assets, share purchase, or any other legal form they choose, which will work to implement Trucknet’s technology in Turkish companies and countries in the region in the field of logistics and streamlining of transportation fleets.

According to the MoU, the parties will work to promote cooperation between them, which will include, at their discretion, the development of business relationships and the creation of a partnership to promote the products and services offered by the parties. The parties will work to enter into a detailed and binding cooperation agreement within 45 days from the date of approval of the MoU. However, the MoU clarifies that, to the extent that the Parties fail to reach an agreement and shall not enter into a detailed agreement within the said period, (including to the extent that the said period has been extended by them), the MoU shall not have any binding validity on the Parties, except for mutual obligations between the Parties.
